I'm sorry to see that you're going through this. If I'm understanding correctly, you do not have an American Express card at all (that you actually authorised). If my understanding is correct, I would advise that you obtain the most recent copy of your credit report, and contact our Credit Bureau Unit on 1-800-874-2717. They will be able to best assist you with getting this resolution underway.
