I have a seasonal business close to the Mexican border. Recently, I received notice of a chargeback.
I called my credit card processor and they said the rules are I am not even allowed to dispute the charges (I have her signed receipt) because the customer had claimed the charge was fraudulent with her Mexican bank. She had used a Visa international card.
I was wondering if any of you know how I could get my money back?
