Unfortunately, they hit 5 other stores in the OC and managed to get cards at each one, which they ran up that day. I'm hoping the fraud alerts stop them.
To block all potential credit inquiries, you can also place a credit freeze on all three CRB's for a small fee. From that point forward, if you plan to apply for credit , all you will need to do is unfreeze for the time in question.
