You forget that federal courts also require an amount in controversy over $75,000. A federal judge can't hop on the bench for anything less, even if there is diversity. Even a small claims court judge will laugh at a motion to remove to federal court. There may be a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, but no removal.

Just a personal thing but I was just checking out the FICO forums, and Credit314 literally had Congrats +1 in about every thread, at first I was laughing but after a while it was like nails on the chalk board.

So djrez4, I just wanted to say I feel your pain and I can totally relate.

FWIW, in my company, when a customer has a chargeback on Amex, Amex requires a lot more than just a statement from us to get the chargeback denied. We have signed forms, a copy of the credit card, authorization papers, etc. I'm not saying we wouldn't win with less materials but they definitely hold the business more accountable than what Chase did to you.
