I work for CCNow and I happened to stumble across your message via Google blog alerts. It sounds like we attempted to pre-authorize the charge initially but the charge was ultimately declined by your credit card issuer, I am glad to hear that the charge was dropped from your account.
You should contact your credit card issuer to resolve the issue of why you cannot order online, your card issuer for some reason is not allowing online transactions (at least from CCNow).
