Have you gone through your TU report with a fine tooth comb, to make sure there's nothing else unusual going on? You may also want to check your EX and EQ reports, to see if the same thing has occurred. Disputing the entry would be one step. Actually calling TU could be another step, to have them check internal files for anything you may not be able to see in your report. TU would be the ones to be able to shed some light on how it may have happened.
Another thing to do would be to Google the address in question. Determine if it's an actual physical location or a PO Box drop point, basically a private Post Office. With a Google search, you may or may not be able to get information on that address for free. But there are other ways to get free information on the address.
Determine what county in TN that the questionable address is located. Search for that county's official website, and when you get that, find the County Assessor's Department (or something similarly named, for property tax purposes). One can search a specific address through the county public records. That way, you can perhaps attach a name to the address.
If necessary, file a police report with your local law enforcement agency on potential fraud. You may also want to consider a freeze on your TU account until you get the answers you seek.
Retired, and in the process of retiring cards!
EQ = 846 EX=828 TU = 836 as of 02/2016
