I received a call from CapOne's fraud prevention dept. to verify that I did submit an application. When I confirmed, they told me I would receive notice in 7-10 days telling me if I was approved or not. I looked up the app status number & called the next two days and was told my app was being processed both days. Yesterday the recording told me I was approved. I was able to sign in to CapOne under my old (pre-BK) login, and they approved a $3k credit line.

Something odd about logging into the same account that you just defaulted on.. I'd be wary. That account should be closed.

Just be aware that making any payments towards a discharged debt, and the full debt will be reinstated, even years after BK.

It's not the same credit card account, its the same login I used when I had a card pre-BK. It shows the old account as closed and I can't do anything with it. Sorry if I wasn't clear. I assume they just link all accounts by SSN when you use the website/app.
