What do I do now that Capital One has chosen to ignore the changes made by the reform bill. No late payments and nowhere near my credit limit and they just increased my interest rate from 6.9% to 15.9%. Who do I report this to? What can I do? Credit card reform won't do much good if the consumers have nowhere to turn to right the wrong.

What happened was the banks got use to doing their sketchy business and robbing us and now they won't be able to any longer. Boo-hoo cry me a river!
