That's them. They company is a specialist for concierge type services. From what I understand, the only difference beween platinum and centurion concierge is with the black card you get the option of dealing with the same person every time. It was the same way for centurion travel. You were given a number to the service and if you liked the person you dealt with then you can ask for them or get their personal extention every time. The service itself isn't different and the person you are speaking with isn't necessarily different. In travel it is a seperate department, but the systems and what they do is essentially the same.
The platinum card probably is enough for most people. I've heard a lot of calls where people have chosen to stay with the platinum even though they qualify for the Centurion simply because they can't see the difference in benefits justifying the additional fee. If you travel like a madman then there are advantages to having the black card, but for most people the platinum card is more than enough.

) Speaking of black cards I know someone that has one whose business has gone under and he has to sell his 8000 square foot house and I'm sure trimming extras like his black card will happen too.
That's why we need all these dumb f***s to stop getting this card that aren't earning more than an upper middle class pay. And YEAH that extended warranty and theft protection on stuff you buy is a major perk. It is only one year on the platinum when I checked it out..... not because I could afford the 450 annual fee but I looked at it for entertainment purposes only
