Default Is it possible to transfer points from reward cards into AMEX?

Is there any known way to transfer points into AMEX? The points are currently sitting in a couple of travel rewards cards, and I'd like to see them in my AMEX account to transfer to a partner they aren't associated with. Thinking maybe another partner (BA, Hilton, etc) that they both transfer to would allow a reverse transfer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Points.com is only legitimate websites i know that allow you to trade or Exchange miles/points but they charge an unreasonable fee allowing me to conclude it is a rip-off. I recommend using your points for statement credit or see what they offer in rewards, sometimes when you have absolutely no use for what they offer, you can always try listing it on ebay.

To answer your question, you cannot transfer points to American Express Reward but you should check with your bank for the possibility of transferring into Delta or United.

Points.com has some pretty high transfer rates and poor trades. Your best approach might be to try to get your points into Starwood Preferred Guest or just gift cards. They (SPG) have probably the best transferability and value of anything out there.

I do not know of a way to get points INTO Membership Rewards other than by spend and promotions.
