The only cards I'm aware of targeted at high net worth/high spenders other than Centurion are the
JP Morgan Palladium card, the
BofA Accolades,
Citigroup Chairman Amex,
Merrill Lynch +
and
Stratus Rewards Visa
None of them have cash back advertised over 1.25%, the rate of the ML+. Most of the rewards on these cads are targeted toward luxury travel, some on private jets. The good news is that [most of] the mainstream cash back cards don't cap your rewards. Even if I had $30M in the bank I don't see myself flying around on private jets.
The broadest 'rewards' card, in my opinion, is the American Express Plum card. Although it's targeted to businesses for trade terms, there's really nothing preventing you from using it for whatever you want. The Plum Card gives you a flat 1.5% off of your charge bill if you pay it off in under 10 days, or up to 2 months interest free.

Thanks for that information, I didn't know about the JP Morgan Palladium card, and I'm not quite in that category yet.
While I appreciate some of these cards and the Amex Platinum benefits for $400 a year, for transactional accounts with high usage I don't think they offer enough. The travel benefits and so on are an ok deal for $400 a year though.
I think I will stick with my decision to switch to Fidelity Amex for 2%. Spending $1MM on an Amex Platinum isn't going to get you anything more than if you spent $25,000, but it is going to get you a lot more with Fidelity.
I am by no means a big spender as described above; however, I've wondered what card I would want if my spending was of this magnitude. While I might opt for the Amex Platinum or the JP Morgan Palladium if I found myself traveling a lot with my new wealth, I don't see any other reason to switch from Fidelity Amex -- as long as B of A saw fit to raise my credit limit to accommodate whatever spending I was doing.
