    Default Concierge Service

I can not find words to express how much i am glad with AMEX concierge service.

They just got me a table for thanksgiving on my restaurant choice for that day, even when they were already booked.

Does any one one have any good or bad opinion about them?

I've only used the service twice, but in both cases it was very helpful.

One of the times I was driving/wandering around Stuttgart searching for a hotel for the night. I couldn't read much in the way of German, so I called them and they found me a hotel and gave me turn by turn directions to get there. The hotel was perfect, and right in the downtown shopping district with good parking, and very affordable.

I have only used them once and they were unable to help.

But that does not mean I have a negative opinion of them. On the contrary, the rep was very courteous and tried hard to find what I was looking for - tickets to a nearly sold out NFL game. But I had already found tickets from a third party and AMEX couldn't do any better so I did not end up buying from AMEX.

I would use them again though.
