    Default Amex dynamic card Greece

I was browsing the Amex website and I changed my country from USA to Greece. Amex offers a dynamic Amex with some nice perks.
    Here's the link: American Express®

Can I apply for this card even though its not on the USA Amex website?

Also would I be charged a foreign transaction fee if I use it in the USA?
    Cards
Visa: Citi Forward (5x pts on restaurants), Capital One Journey (1.25% cash back), BofA AAA (5% on gas)
Discover: Discover More (5% rotating categories)
Mastercard: Best Buy (4% at best buy), Chase Freedom (5% rotating categories)
    American Express: Zync

Why would you want a chip & pin card, drawn on a Greek bank (Alpha), and denominated in Euros, to use in the United States? Besides that, the cardmember agreement is written in, you guessed it, Greek.
Besides the obvious problems, you would probably never pass the credit check without a European address and financial history.

Haha interesting about the credit card agreement. I was just curious. I also noticed the 5% rewards are only available for Greek businesses

I don't think you can get a Greek card unless you are an EU citizen. I used to have a bank account in an EU country. But about 10 years ago they (the EU) made it much more difficult for nonresident Americans to open accounts there. Even if AMEX allowed it I think you would have difficulty making this work.

Probably one of many reasons the Swiss were smart to stay the hell out of the EU
