Like the rewards you get with each point equal about the same as 1 cent.

It's amazing how much misinformation there is here. I have a Centurion card. Although I don't use my points for cash (that would be dumb), I can get them as a credit to my bill, same as cash, at $.01 per point, or 1% cashback.
