    Default Thanks amex

as my previous post said my zync card had a 250 limit on it. Well my first payment is due on november 1st but i paid in full a couple days ago. And i just logged on and amex changed my 250 limit to no pre set spending limit.

Thought they would of taken a little longer to change it im so happy.

Nice man, congrats again. I've been hearing nothing but good news from the Amex camps.

I'm interested in your claim of a Zync card with a $250 limit. I've never seen such a low hard limit on AMEX.

I have been hearing more about this on other forums even on the Green and Gold cards. It is usually temporary. I have even been hearing about people having "secured" charge cards-Amex sends them an offer to place a large amount of money in Amex Centurian Bank and they will issue a charge card with that limit.

Wow. Way to de-value the brand.

Agreed. But with so many American's having bad credit, they have had to bend the rules to get new blood.

It seems to be by invite also (the secured charge card anyway). I have heard of some people having a limit on the charge cards after a financial review as well. Typically the credit limit only lasts a few months before they remove it.

the zync had a 250 limit i don't think it devalues the brand considering that if i tried to apply for a gold i would of got declined. zync is geared towards begginners so thats devaluing the brand right there according to you.
