The penfed card gives 5% on gas without a limit. I would recommend that cash back card to anyone.

I currently have a BofA Virgin Atlantic Black Amex with way too many miles. I'm going to get the Fidelity cash management account and the Fidelity 2% Cash Amex.

Since the Fidelity is FIA card services, would I be able to call BofA and have the Virgin Atlantic Amex converted to the Fidelity? They told me I could convert to anything they offered if I didn't want to pay the annual fee or was unhappy with the rewards program, which I am.

My plan is to open the Fidelity cash management account today, and then try to convert my Virgin Atlantic Amex to the Fidelity instead of opening a new account. Otherwise I will convert it to a no annual fee card like the Accelerated Rewards 1.25% Amex, but I will never use it. In this case, I believe I should be able to transfer most of the credit line through FIA card services to the new Fidelity account.

I think as long as Virgin rewards come in the form of WorldPoints or something that can be converted to Worldpoints you will be able to do something like that. Best to call B of A.
    CARDS (and why)
FIA Card Services: Fidelity Amex (best cash back excepting 5% cards), Fidelity Visa (spare)
Chase: Freedom (only for 5% reward categories, purchases under $10), Sapphire (not in use), Amazon Rewards (for Amazon purchases only)
CapitalOne: No Hassle Rewards (no foreign transaction fee, my only MasterCard, not in use)
Amex: Blue Cash Everyday (not in use)
Discover: More (only for 5% reward categories)

Thanks, I will try BofA but I just have a feeling they will say that is not one they offer. It might be better to get in touch with FIA card services instead of BofA customer service, I'm not sure is that is who answers when you call the authorizations line or not but have been escalated to their credit department before and they were very good, I don't believe this was a BofA rep.

Does anybody know if the Fidelity Amex will be viewable on Bank of America or with their online business suite? Same question for BofA transfers
