    I think their customer service alone is worth it. When I have had trouble on any one of my Visa/MC cards, disputing the charge is like pulling teeth. With Amex, they are awesome about it and I have never, ever, in over 10 years, had any trouble with them.

    Default Amex benefits

    Can someone please explain to me the benefits of having an Amex card...keep in mind I'm not a traveler.....I just don't understand what's so attractive about $100 bonus sign ups and annual fees...
