PC BCP to Everyday Preferred - any success?

Postby mrow » Mon May 05, 2014 5:28 pm

Any one had any luck getting your BCP PC'ed to a Everyday Preferred? The guy I spoke with on the phone said this isn't possible. He said I'd have to apply for the Everyday and they could then transfer my CL from the BCP and close it. I know I'd be approved but I'd rather save the HP on my CR for something else.

The cash back is pretty useless to me, especially with the $25 blocks statement credits and gift cards are available in as well as not being able to spend your cash back on Amazon like you can with Chase and Discover. I'd much rather have the full MR points to use with travel so I can combine them with my Platinum for booking hotels through Fine Hotels & Resorts.

Maybe travisrauh can weigh in here and help me out.

Last I heard, they still weren't doing any PCs to the AE or AEP. But, you're right- Travis would be the one to know for sure.

Hey guys! So though we can't currently do a product change into the EveryDay cards, we are trying to make that possible from our other proprietary cards. There is no ETA for this, but last I knew, we are trying to target for this month. I'm also personally waiting for the opportunity to PC into it, so I'll be certain to let everyone know when it is an option.
