I would think they would. You should call them up and ask.

How long have you had it for? In my experience the probably would, but it all depends on the age of the account. You might have to apply for the BCE, waste an hard pull and then cancel the SPG.

You should be able to product change into Blue Cash Everyday - but because many accounts are different, you would need to call the number on the back of your card to enquire.

I tried doing a product change from CLEAR (not available anymore) in to SPG or one of the Blue Cards. But CSR told me that it was not possible to do a product change outside of the product group. So if you had a BCP then you could get Blue Sky or BCE. But give a call and try.

I called and they allowed me to do a change from the SPG to the BCE card, thanks everyone for the advice.

I just closed my SPG because they wouldn't let me PC it to a card with no AF. It really kind of bummed me out to close one of my Amex cards but I haven't used it in >6 months. I was able to transfer $8.3k of my credit line to my BCP so my available credit didn't drop too much.

It also fits into my strategy of reducing the number of cards I have open. My immediate goal is to get it down to 10 so it looks like my USAA Amex is on the chopping block as well. I hope USAA will let me move the available credit to my MC...
