iTunes offer

Postby Smart_Shopper » Fri Apr 04, 2014 1:46 pm

Heads up, I had a $5 statement credit offer for spending $5 or more in the app store. It expires at the end of the month.

Some other new offers were there too like zappos $30 back from spending $150. And, $5 back from $25 BP gas.

I hadn't seen many good offers in the past few months. Hopefully, this trend continues.

I also got an offer for $5 statement credit for $20 spend at coffee bean (and $10 for $50 spend). If you buy coffee from there that is...

I used $5 off itunes and it expired in Feb. What card do you have? I have the BCE and seems like my offers are different than yours... I got Crate & Barrel and a couple of restaurants. Are there significant differences in offers from card to card/location of card member?

What frustrates me with those "offers" is that 95% of the time the offers are for places I've never heard of. Jason Wu? Who/what/where is that? Most of the places all sound so artsy-fartsy and boutique. How about some offers for places that us normal folk shop at? Wipe_masta is lucky to get restaurant offers. I never get those. I did get one for $10 back when spending $50 at Lowes. Now that one I will actually use. (That's 20% cash back if you limit your transaction to $50, which is double the cash back that Chase and Discover are offering this quarter!) I'd like to see places like Target, cable/internet or wireless service offers, etc. While I'm ranting, personally I'd like to see the BCE replace department stores with restaurants for the 2% back. I rarely shop at department stores.

This is where Discover is much better. Discounts at normal stores you would shop at, provided you shop online. Not everything can be a good deal for the customer. In the case of BCE, they're already giving you (and me) a great deal with those permanent categories the way they are given the $0 annual fee.

Yeah, I have access to the current iTunes with my Platinum but not for BCP or SPG. It kind of sucks as I'd rather load all the offers to my BCP but free money is free money...

Signed up for the $5 iTunes offer.

Now the tuff part: what app to buy (app I am guessing), thats useful enough and costs little over $5?
BofA Cash Rewards | CapitalOne QuickSilver | Discover More
