Very true points. Let it be known that since going to platinum I have never called and spoke to a non-US representative. Back in my Green and gold days, it was pretty much standard to get those call centers in india or wherever. Totally agree that the luster is gone...I plan to stay with them for a few years and hope that they do something to bring the brand back.
