Got a call this morning and lady left me a VM to call back. When I called back it was their FR dept, and i left her a VM to call me back. Not sure why I have go through FR. Did anyone go through this recently?

Did you open any new accounts with them recently or get a CLI?
What's your Monthly spend?
Anything abnormal?

Something has likely changed... Maybe you're getting offered a Centurion?

Got a call back this morning, and she said everything looks good, you may use your card again. I had recently bought few large $ items. So they asked for income over the phone and I had to fax over my bank statement. I think the key is be honest.
