Postby VisaSpeak » Sat Dec 28, 2013 6:54 pm

I thought its always a 25,000 bonus if you upgrade?

Im counting down the months to upgrade but no points bonus will suck...

Why don't you call them?
All my posts are my opinions. All my posts mentioned "you" are merely for discussion-purpose only. No advice is given in any post at any time. It is also impossible for me to put effort to verify every statement that anyone has given.

I agree, call them. I would never have found out about the Senior Gold card if I hasn't asked.

I've spent 15k on my card so far and nothing! But I've been a member for less than a year, so maybe once I pass one year, I will get offers?

The senior cards are reduced fee cards. IIRC they don't have MR unless you pay an additional fee.

I called and spoke with a rep today to ask when my upgrade date was since I signed up for a gold card last year. Without asking, he mentioned giving me an upgrade bonus when my upgrade date hits next month. However, he said he was unable to guarantee it since he didn't know what promo's would be running at that time. I'm not sure if my spending is what prompted him to say something like that, but I'm sure it can be done. In the past 9-10 months, I've put nearly 70k on the card. When I upgrade, I will post back if I received any bonuses.

Hope this helps a bit.
