Not directly. But my understanding is they want financials to go above a total limit across cards of 35k. That's what people have posted on FICO.

The only other way it indirectly affects it is you can only go for a CLI on one card at a time, and after your 61 day attempts, it's every 6 months after that, so you pick whatever card you want to try the increase on then wait 6 more months.

So it's indirectly, there is no direct affect.
