Postby benhollberg » Tue Oct 22, 2013 8:59 pm

The second Centurion Lounge has opened at DFW. Hadn't been on the forums for a few days and couldn't this hasn't been posted yet. Anyway it's open and same rules apply as LAS, free for Centurion and Platinum, $50 for other AMEX members.

I am not sure how it works when you pay the $50, I would assume it is per person but that seems really expensive if you are traveling with people. With my Platinum I was told I could bring in a "spouse or domestic partner, children under 18 or two traveling companions as complimentary guests."

As always, check the site:
http://thecenturionlounge.com/info/faq
If I purchase a One-Day Pass at the Lounge, what is the guest policy?
Your children under 18 may accompany you at no additional charge. For any additional guests, you will need to purchase an additional One-Day Pass.

I haven't been to one of the Centurion lounges yet, I asked about entry on Twitter and that's what I was told. Hopefully I'll get to LAS sometime soon, I don't think I have ever been to DFW.

UGH. Why are these Centurion lounges being opened in 'fringe' airports? C'mon Amex, open them in BIG TIME airports like JFK, LAX, etc.
