No, only plat and cent. cardholders get in for free.

Bingo, Z06Biker - Platinum and Centurion Charge Card Members receive complimentary access. All other Card Members will incur a $50 charge. Non-AMEX individuals are not permitted access unless accompanied by a Card Member on the same itinerary.
