I app'd for Blue Sky on 7/23, thinking I could make use of the benefits and the backdating wouldn't hurt either. (I like their travel rewards for it).
I app'd thinking it COULD even be instant approval, but got the 10-14 day message (or whatever it is).
Ok I got that with the two cards I have now but in a few minutes they were approved so instants on those. No such luck with this one.
I kept checking back and it always said in progress. A day later I got an email saying it was being reviewed and I would be notified when a decision had been made.
But what's weird is, it is still in progress according to the website, and when I call the number listed there, which I've done 3 times now, it always says my application is in an area of the computer where CSRs and their status computer can't access it (in other words no one can tell me anything about it is how I translate that).
I've never seen that happen before. Has anyone else? I'm wondering if I should just give it more time, say a week to 10 days and if I don't hear anything try to contact the executive office?
