Got a duplicate card in the mail?

Postby brianmm » Sat Jul 13, 2013 8:12 pm

I just got my new BCE card in the mail and was surprised when I found another envelope from AmEx in the mail with the exact same card inside. I didn't request an extra card so should I call them or just cut it up?

Why not just keep it to use as a backup if you need it?

Keep it! This is a good thing you have a new card if something happens the one you are using. Plus your BCE will start to look a little rough after a few months of use and you could avtavite the new one.

Agreed ksy. I've requested a new card just because the old one was looking tired.
