That's what the "How is my driving today" sticker is for.

I used it earlier this year when my nanny got stranded at a local park with my kids...she locked her keys in her car. Whipped out the Platinum card and someone was there to assist in an hour...would have been sooner if not for traffic. The service was great and Amex follows up during and after the service to make sure everything worked out.
Cards:
American Express Platinum (NPSL)
Penfed Platinum Reward Visa ($28K)
Chase Freedom Visa ($25K)
Fidelity American Express ($20K)
American Express Blue Cash Preferred ($20K)
Bank of America Cash Rewards MasterCard ($20K)
Citi Thank You Preferred Visa ($9.5K)
Chase Sapphire Preferred ($7.5K)
US Bank Cash + Visa Signature ($7K)
Discover IT ($4K)

Its funny, i stayed at a hotel in Pennsylvania last night and like an idiot locked my keys in my car. Decided to try the Amex roadside assistance and couldn't have been more impressed. During a brief call I was told that the service provider would around in about 40 minutes, and to my surprise about 20 minutes later they showed up and opened the car for me. My Amex cards are Green and Blue Cash Everyday, and so the charge wasn't covered, but it wasn't that expensive either. $44 and change. I'd definitely use them again if I was stuck.
