Haha I loved those Discover Peggy adverts (I'm in the US a lot). I don't know about the US but its very unusual to get Indian call centres from financial companies in the UK now (Only other financial company is Barclays/BarclayCard and the Indian call centre is just an over flow call centre). I normally either get British or American Customer service teams and occasionally other European call centres with Amex but they all speak perfectly understandable English.
