If you have an account with Experian, you can log in to your account, and in the "report" section, you can choose to dispute an entry. You'll be prompted to put in your ID information, Experian will generate a report from which you can dispute information. This will give you up-to-the-minute information on your account, including all hard and soft pulls. Of course, you don't have to dispute anything, you can simply back out of the report once you're finished.
