Next time I would suggest being a little more bold. I got my full 3x increase from 2k to 6k approved after the 61 days not 8 months with only a year of total CRA history, and if you request higher, and they counter down, there is still nothing to lose. I had only put about $100 through the card at the time. I don't think it matters if you do it over the phone or online in terms of approval, just convenience, unless you're under 21 like I am, which means you need to do it online do to the CARD act.
