I don't think you will get a FR they just declined your request for increase w/o a counter. Try again in 3 months. You will get the reason for the decline in the mail.

That sucks then. I don't see why they'd decline without even a counter offer.

For this 3x CLI trick, does it have to be 3x? Like can I request 2x and still have an equal or better chance?

I never did 3x. i was at 10k, i basically do about 5k increase each time. i was doing about 30k average annual spending on the card. be little conservative. you should get at least counter offer

Keep us posted. I'm sure everything will be fine. I think since its tax time, it's probably going to happen a little more often. Today is my 61st day of having my BCE but I'm going to hold off on a CLI.

I got denied. Not even a counter offer. They said the reasons were too many recent inquiries (I have one in Feb from CSP. Last one before that is from BCE). And lack of revolving credit history with them. FICO came back as a 761.

That sucks. If you really want that cli, I would recon and remind them of your perfect payment history with the zync card. Did they do a hard pull? If they didn't, I had no idea they could pull up a fico with a soft pull.

I didn't get a notice from Scoresense that a hard pull was done, but I'll check in a couple weeks. I'll just wait 6 months and request another one.
