I read somewhere that you have to be 21 for the Platinum, but not 100% sure. For all the other cards, I don't think it matters.
Wallet: Amex BCE & Chase Freedom. (Credit Card dieting since 2014)

snowman is right. I'm 20 now, applied for PRG & Delta Gold last summer when I was 19. No limit on the PRG (but I've checked and spending approved to $5000+) and $2500 on the Delta Gold, which I downgraded to a Blue Cash Everyday once the Delta miles hit. Also, Delta still thinks I have the card, so I still get Zone 1 boarding and free checked bags :ppp

I hope that is true!! I just changed my Delta card to the Blue. I haven't checked my Delta account online yet. Hope they'll think I still have the card too. Hehehe.

The US credit act basically means you have to be over 21 to apply over the phone with Amex. You can apply online from 18.
Amex UK Platinum Charge Card
Amex Blue Cash USA
Amex US Gold Corporate Card
World MasterCard Capital One UK (Free abroad + Cashback + Free Cash Withdrawals with no interest)
