it's on there site. if you call on a regular American express card have an account mgr transfer you over to that department which is only open till 8:00 pm you can ask them this question. when you go to that web page shopsmall.com it plainly states eligible American express
cards only can get a 25.00 credit. if you click onto the frequent asked questions , theres a part where it says anybody who wants to shop small can pay any way they want but for getting a 25.00 credit only eligible American express cards can get that.

when they had restaurant week in New York city over the summer the person who signed me up said you can't use a Macys, Fidelity or first bank of Omaha. hey Dave if you need the number just let me know I still have it right now , I would be able to give it to you if you want to call them and ask any questions.

Dave my mistake it does say under for consumers 10th line down how can somebody participate who doesn't have an American express card participate? the answer is anybody can go out to there local shop like a boutique, there local shop shoe or boots store. pay the way they want. but for getting a 25.00 credit it says only American Express card members can get the credit. My MISTAKE it never said it has to be an eligible card. How ever if you click onto the link in your post it says it somewhere that you do have to have an eligible American express card.
The frequently asked question I was wrong about but the main page I'm not.

I got my $25 credit back, but it says I got the credit back from the restaurant I ate at, not from American Express. So I'm confused. Is American Express supporting small business Saturday or are the small businesses paying us $25 to shop at them? Because now I feel bad if I lost the small business the $25. I saw it as a way to support small business and get $25 back.
AMEX: Blue Cash Preferred (6% on groceries, 3% gas & dept stores)
Capital One: Venture (2 points per $1, equivalent to 2%)
Chase: Freedom (rotating 5% categories), Disney Rewards (1 point per $1, Disney benefits)
US Bank: Cash+ (5% bookstores / 5% Electronic Stores)

I also got a $25 credit back from the restaurant I ate at. American Express must be covering it, there's no way all of the small business's would agree to cover the $25 credits.

I got the $25 too. That's just how the creditt appears, but it came from the American Express Network.
