Called last night for my mom's Gold card, spoke to someone from their card canceling department, he knocked off $50. I said thanks will call back next year LOL.. :money:

Told him if there was any types of discount on AU Fee, if not we will cancel the card. I thought he was going to give extra points, but he knocked off $50.00

Go directly to cancel card option when you call. Don't even bother with CSR's.

Haha, I managed to get all my Gold AUs free in the UK as well. They had a typo on their webpage which made it sound like you got unlimited Authorised users, so they automatically credit me when I add a new AU.
