Don't worry about the limit. You'll probably get a CLI within 3 months!

W- Aww man, I guess I'll just have to wait it out and hope they start reporting sooner.

Bob- Thanks man! I appreciate all the encouragement and support that I've gotten on this thread.

One last question, should I ever leave any balance or continue just paying in full like always? I have heard that it is good for your scores to leave a small balance, but I have always paid in full, idk how much effect the inquires had on lowering my scores as well, just want to know if I should leave a small balance on my next statement or just keep paying it off at the end of the month?

Okay, I just keep hearing, leave a small balance and your scores will go up, since I just had 2 inquires and thought it would raise my scores a little bit, but I guess I'll just keep paying in full.

Leaving a balance would decrease your score in the short run. Don't worry about yourscore right now. Your score would increase rather than decrease once both of your cards start reporting since you now have a total credit line of $3700 instead of just $700. If you're that worried about your score don't check it for a month. By the time you want to apply for AMEX your Forward card should be reporting.

Ahh okay. I'm assuming the forward will start reporting after the first statement cuts right? I wonder why Discover takes so long to report? Also i added my brother as an authorized user on both my citi and Discover cards.

Credit Karma alerted me that my Forward card was added to my [TransUnion] credit report before I even received my card in the mail. Discover has yet to show up.

Here is a thread on MyFico about Discover reporting.

Ahh okay. I added my brother as an AU on my discover and citi cards (he does not have history of his own yet, so this might give him a start)
Would this be a good idea or is this going to hurt me? he says he would use the card once in a while...so idk.

Just remember that you are responsible for any debt he racks up with the card. A

I know, I told him that he would have to send me the money or give me the money so I can pay it off. Does his account show up on my online account (when I log in for Citi and Discover) or does he get a separate log in and stuff? As long as he gives me whatever he spends later on, I'll pay it off. Will my history become his history (my scores are in the 720+ for now)?
