Hahhahaha I will try that when I have a spare hour or two. Always fun to turn the tables on ignorant sales people. Merc's are good vehicles but are not the best there is.

The one thing I noticed on my card with spending ability is it remains the same even if I have a balance.

For example, with $0 balance, the max I can run thru the spending ability is $50k (I have been trying to go above that for a few months).

On the other hand, last month I had a $54k balance, and the spending ability thing approved another $50k, but not above that. So if I did that, I would have a $104k balance due one month.

This month starting with a $0 balance, I max out at $50k again.

Personal account with some business charges on it (hotels, flights, tradeshow booth registrations, etc).

Yes, trying to get Centurion invite, but at the same time, switching more business to Chase as the Ultimate Rewards program has better partners...

How do you find out what your limit is on your NPSL card?

Mine is $4000. That's actually a bit surprising since it's almost half of my annual income. :)

The most I've spent is the equivalent to 10000 dollars, probably could spend more than that.

Yup, and way fewer will say they don't take that card.

First post. Hi everyone!

BCE is 30k
SPG is 25k
USAA 20k

I don't think I want anymore credit cards lol. My visas/mc and Discover are about half of the AMEX limits. Though I've never asked for an increase from them either.

Any credit gurus have an answer why other than YMMV?

Welcome to the forums. I was originally referring to purchasing power (for charge cards paid off at the end of every month) not credit limits.
American Express Platinum

Chase Sapphire Preferred

Hawaiian Airlines BOH MC

USAA Amex

Capital One Visa Platinum

Citi Diamond Preferred MC
