60 CLI

I was approved on May 21st 2012 and today tried to increase my limit from 10k to 30K and was denied saying they don't approved on 60 days !!

Did i screw up and needed to wait one more day ?

The letter from AMex had a date of May 22nd but the online app said 21st

I'll try agian on Monday July 23rd

I think you need 61 days so the 23rd would be correct I believe.

I believe $25K is the highest they will go to without collection verifyable employment information. Of course, they will probably counter to $15K-$17K. Any reason you are seeking a $20K CLI or just for kicks and grins?

Just for kicks asking 30K i usually put about $1200 to $1500 a month and PIF
Im sure i'll get counter offer or maybe get lucky :)

This was the email and yup i was dead on 60 days not 61 should have went with letter date not online app date.

Try it again in a few days you should get something hopefully.

HA I was thinking in my case the reason(s) for their decision would be "you are a scumbag loser!" or something to that effect! I'd have to laugh honestly.

Well well well tried again asking 30K total from 10K limit and got same we can't give you credit limit increase within 60 days bla bla bla.

Going to try agian Monday but asking 20K total maybe im asking alot.
