Should be fine. I honestly don't think it's that hard to get.

It's really not hard to get. Your scores are fine, but do you have any late payments or charge offs on your credit report? Things of that nature could affect your decision.
Cards in my wallet:
-Citi Forward Card for College Students-July 2011
-American Express Platinum Delta Skymiles--July 2013

I think we would need more information than that. Those freecreditscore.com sites don't provide the most accurate credit score but an guesstimation based on their resources.

I would just apply and see what happens. If you have decent credit you should get it.

You'll be fine, if not there's always recon.

Main Card: Amex Platinum
For gas: Penfed Platinum Cash Rewards
For travel & dining: Chase Sapphire Preferred

Their platinum card isn't hard to get at all. I qualify for one, but I don't want to since the fee is so high. I can justify the PRG though.

Your Equifax shouldn't be a big deal even so, I think Amex usually pulls Experian anyway.
