Member since 2013. Kinda new I'd say. But now I've got four of 'em. I just can't get enough. I've been chasing AmEx for quite a long time, although discontinuously . I first applied when I was about 20 years old (2007) and still living in Italy. Denied. Then I started applying in 2012 (in the UK) for the Green and I got denied a couple of times before getting approved in 2013. This is just the beginning of a loong looong story.

The best member since date I've ever seen on an Amex card is something like 1951(before amex issued cards ). Admittedly this was on a Lloyds bank American Express who put the membership date as the year you first had a product with them.

It should say 2011. If it doesn't then call CS and request nicely for back dating. They usually oblige and send in your new card immediately.
