I think the price is around 15 now. If credit card delinquency rate is expect to keep going up the rest of 2009 it doesn't really seem like a wise time to buy into credit card companies. It's already brutal out there and I think it would get a whole lot worse with creditors cracking down. What I think we will start to see is the credit limits we saw two decades when a few thousand dollar credit limit was considered great. I would not be surprised if we see those $20k credit limits go down to $2 or $3k.
