Simply has a card inside saying u have been invited and a number to call. Initiation is now $7,500 plus $2,500 annually. Last year my Amex spend was $382,000. Called today. Said I should get my welcome kit in 2-3 days and have 20-30 min when I call to activate in order to sign up for all the benefits. Hope this helps!
