And was only awarded 15,000 points - not 25k as listed on the post. I already called 2x and sent them a secured message, their response was:

Dear XXXX:

We have reviewed your account and do not have a record of this particular Membership Rewards offer being extended to you. Therefore, we are unable to award these points to you.

Please understand we are unable to make each individual offer available to all our Cardmembers. However, we are always creating new offers to help our existing Cardmembers earn more bonus points. I was an AU on an account so my NEW PRG card was backdated to 2004 - as well as the Jetblue card I also applied for.

Any suggestions on how I can get the missing 10k points?

I think the offer is for new card members. You say that you've been with them since 2004. Could it be for re-signing up they can only give you the 15,000. Or did they make clear in the fine print even though you were once a member, they were giving 25,000 points?
