I have a citi card that I can pay four times a month when starting the payment from their website and of course if you make the payment from your bank's web site, you can do that as many times as you want. I have sent AMEX multiple payments each month, during the billing cycle. I've even sent two separate $1,000 payments in the same day. As for what the pre-set spending limit is, in my first month I got a hair over $20k and then they started rejecting charges, I sent in a payment, the next time charges started getting rejected, my balance was around $17k, but then a few days later, even though I hadn't made a payment, they lifted the suspension of charging privileges, and the furthest I've pushed since then is about $35k outstanding. Now that they see I'm good for it, my limit is probably higher than that, but I haven't had the need to find out!

I have the green premium card of course there's no limit on my credit report or statement. But as we all know I can't buy any houses or cars with it.

So I'm going to guess since my credit limit is 5,500 on my Discover and 5,000 on my capitol1. My guess for my green card is around 6,000.

You can't buy a car on a AmEx green card, but you can on a Platinum or Centurion. It's entirely up to the dealer if they are willing to pay 5% of the cost of the car.

Platinum if somebody who lives in a 4 million dollar home and in addition to having a platinum card, they also have the green card, can they buy a Lamborghini, Ferrari or a Rolls Royce with their green card?

It actually is entirely up to the dealer. If you are good at negotiating, you will negotiate the 5% and put it on any card. From a merchant standpoint it is entirely up to the owner/manager of the dealership. Of course if you have connections and the owner is your friend/business partner they shouldn't have any problem taking it. It also depends if AmEx will approve a 200k+ charge on a green card (unlikely), but it could happen. As a rule of thumb an AmEx green card only has purchasing power of 1.5x reported annual salary.

Simply call American Express and you can ask. They'll tell you what your NPSL is and how to make purchases above it if you need to.

Call AmEx and ask for the Credit Bureau team, when you get there ask for an underwriter on the (insert card) team. Provide them with bank statements and you'll be released fairly quickly.
