Is it possible to have a different user/pass for each card?

I just got my second Amex, I was wondering if it's possible to have two cards but have different usernames and passwords for each card?

As Platinum indicated, you can but the disadvantage is, you will not be able to view all your account/activity in one session. I find it much easier to have one account with the option of viewing all the activities on my cards and making payments.
