Whats covered.

Postby roadsideassistantAMEX » Sun Jul 21, 2013 2:32 pm

Actually I work for amex in roadside... this is whats covered. depending on your card product, we will cover the first $50 towards covered services. covered services ar towing, winching, as well as fuel delivery, lock outs, tire changes, and jumpstarts. there may be fees associated in some situations, depending on location of the disablement, distance from billing address, and the service itself. the website is incorrect. we will tow you anywhere. we will cover $50 towards the tow which usually covers between 5-10 miles. if you need to be towed further there may be fees associated. fuel delivery, lock outs, tire changes, and jumpstarts are usually covered under the $50.

if you have a prepaid AmEx card there will be fee's associated and no $50 coverage. towing and winching base fee is $62.50(towing that covers up to 10 imles, $3 per each additional mile/winching= 1 man 1 truck 30 minutes). fuel delivery, lock outs, tire changes, and jumpstarts are $44.10.

if you have any further questions regarding this service please feel free to give us a call anytime at 1(800)333-2639, and choose option 1 for roadside assistance.
