Amex Travel and Leisure Family Club Reviews / Offer

Postby Acquitted » Mon Jan 31, 2011 12:10 pm

Hi Everyone:

I was offered through Amex a membership with Travel and Leisure Family Club at a reduced rate. I am not overly interested in the offer except the benefits with Travel and Leisure Family Club seem decent. Anyone know anything about this Club or have any reviews? Thanks for any information.

I'm vaguely familiar with the American Express Travel and Leisure magazine but what is the Family Club?
Disclosure: I am a moderator/paid staff of this site, which does have advertising relationships with some credit cards that are discussed and linked to. Regardless, anything I say is my honest opinion.

Current Cards:
American Express: Blue Cash, Simply Cash Bank of America: WorldPoints Platinum Plus Chase: Amazon, British Airways, Cash Plus Rewards, Freedom, Ink Cash Citi: Thank You Premier, Dividend Platinum Select Discover: More
Primary Everyday Card: American Express Blue Cash
Primary Travel Card: Chase Sapphire Preferred

I looked into it. It is a club you pay $75 a year to belong to and allegedly get discounts on family travel and other small amenities. I decided to pass. I think the website is tlfamilyclub.com
