Is it well-established that blue sky can be easily PC'ed into blue cash?
It's not clear to me that the rules around PCs are at all consistent. Sure, you can't make a charge card a true credit card. But other than that, some strange PCs have been allowed, and some simple ones have been denied.
Very useful: SchwabPlat, CSP, IHG, Costco (was AA Plat), Freedom, SPG
Somewhat useful: Discover, ED (was EDP), BCE, Hyatt, Arrival
May close or PC: Prestige, BrooksBros
Might add: Proper business card, CSR, Ritz, Delta Gold, First Tech
