Honestly the issue for me is that it doesn't seem to have much of a home in my collection. The credit doesn't mean a lot to me since I have the platinum. The categories are mostly duplicated with my EDP with the exception of travel purchased from the airline. But that category is filled with my Citi executive card, or my CSP. As much as I like the card and think it would be a great value for a lot of people, in my collection it just doesn't fill any void. Couldn't see myself putting much spend on it.

Well, I guess the biggest issue for me is which card do I keep? I really don't think it is worth it to keep both the PRG and the CSP. My biggest concern is which has better purchase protection... On paper they are similar in that department, but in practice who knows..? I have a price protection claim out to Chase through the CSP, and the outcome of that claim will likely influence my decision. Price protection isn't even offered on the PRG, but it does have the roadside assistance missing on the CSP. Decisions decisions...

It really boils down to where you transfer points. In my case the largest nearest airport (SFO) is dominated by United. I also have Marriott Rewards points sitting idle. For me Chase would be more beneficial.

This is so true. Man how I wish AMEX had Hyatt as a transfer partner. For hotel comps I've found the best value with them. Since when I get grounded for a night due to weather it's usually at Dfw, I enjoy being able to transfer points and stay at the Hyatt that's connected to the terminal.
